ZTE, BSNL Join Hands for Broadband Service Improvement in India

ZTE announced its strategic partnership with BSNL (Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited) on August 8, 2011, according to a press release by ZTE. Through the alliance with ZTE, BSNL expects to expand its network coverage, enhance its fixed network broadband services, and meet the demand for multimedia broadband services in the future. It is reported that ZTE's ADSL2+ (Asymmetric Digital Subscriber Line) and VDSL2+ (Very-high-speed Digital Subscriber Line) broadband devices will be deployed across BSNL’s network in 15 circles in India.
